Lobato´s Chapel
Death is part of the cycle of life. The human being creates a meaning, a why and a why of life and death.

The guiding concepts of this project's creative process are: divinity and perpetuity. The former is achieved with an acutely angled roof intended to touch the sky, and perpetuity is visually achieved with a strong, heavy, and natural material.

In a second phase, the chapel will be completely enclosed and the interior will house urns for deceased relatives, as well as spaces for candles and memorials for those who will remain.

We do not leave the earthly plane without leaving an important mark in our path, the perpetuity of the species goes hand in hand with our proposal; We want that family chapel to be as long-lived as the time that the material from which it will be made lasts.
