This project is located in the heart of downtown Wall Street. It is a 32,000 square foot, two-story atrium lobby, located in a 21 story landmark building. EDA’s intent for this office incubator for start up companies was to connect shared facilities over two floors, by creating a large glowing volume inside the atrium. The use of a glass enclosed space provides a meeting point where conferences are held. The use of an open glass and steel stair allowed for further enhancement of this atrium space.
