The designed space, with 50 square meters, drew its main inspiration from the beautiful natural landscape and the property's steel structure. The first step was to demolish the wall at the back of the property, which obscured the stunning view, and replaced it with glass, exposing the structure.
We then designed a fully integrated space where the user is treated to the view and an excellent audio and video setup from anywhere in the environment. Sound, music, and the landscape take center stage and set the tone.
The bed, positioned as the central space, faces either the landscape or the home theater, depending on the resident's preference, and can transform into a large sofa with cushions to create a lounge area. Everything revolves around it.
It's a space designed for individuals up to 50 years old, who appreciate nature and high-quality music. And for those over 50 as well!
No one believed that so much could be achieved with such a small space. And no one wanted to leave...
