“Up for Anything” nods to both the apartment’s height in the Zalmhaven Tower and the bold character of its female owner. High above Rotterdam, Lagrand Interior Design created a residence where panoramic views meet a refined, exclusive interior. The once-empty new-build shell became a warm, layered home with distinctive details and a soft, feminine touch.

A private hall, separate from the main entrance, sets the tone immediately. Layered wall finishes in warm reds and powder tones combine with natural materials to create depth and balance, while carefully selected elements — a sculptural wooden piece, a textured bench, and a custom curved door — add character and a subtle artistic accent.

The kitchen forms the heart of the apartment, centered on a rounded wooden island with a striking marble countertop. The marble continues into the backsplash, creating visual cohesion, while glazed tiles beneath the bar add a subtle color and texture accent. Rounded custom cabinetry with hammered handles softens the architecture and reinforces the fluid design lines. Large windows bring in abundant daylight and connect the space to the city views.

The apartment also features two More furniture pieces — the HARRI bar chair and the CALA desk — complementing the refined, contemporary interior.
