Lom Hai Jai Tranquil is a townhome project that prioritizes privacy and tranquility. The design goal is to make the most of 7-meter wide with deep 32-meterland to enhance privacy and incorporating a concept of "bringing the outside, inside."

With privacy in mind, the façade design is deliberately "closed," while the interior space allows for manipulation to achieve architectural design goals. A three-story high atrium is centrally located in the common area of the house, providing a light and open feel to the space with natural light and terrazzo texture precast concrete, like the exterior façade, creating the sensation of a private courtyard inside the house. Walls and voids are carefully placed according to each function in order to minimize any irrelevant protrusions that could potentially interfere with the quality of the spaces.

A semi-outdoor stair hall is concealed from the outside with aluminum battens, allowing air to circulate through different openings within the house. The hall provides indirect light, reflecting onto the wall before entering the interior space, offering sufficient illumination without the glare of a typical window. Additionally, double walls between the stair hall act as a buffer space, providing extra sound insulation between each housing unit.

Green areas are integrated seamlessly and subtly into the architecture. The stair hall, bedroom balconies, and bathrooms all feature visible plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Each bedroom is positioned separately, with both bedrooms on the second floor situated apart via the central atrium, enhancing privacy while allowing visual access to the living room. The entire third floor functions as a master bedroom, dressing room, a private outdoor terrace and large bathroom, ensuring ample privacy for all bedrooms in the house.
