CONTEXT

In the Netherlands, where LKQ has several offices, we had the opportunity to advise them on the accommodation strategy for their headquarters in Rotterdam.

In developing the strategy for the Rotterdam office, all our areas of expertise worked seamlessly together and played a vital role. Once our Workplace Department had drawn up a workplace concept, our property consultants carried out an in-depth analysis of the ‘stay or go’ question. This process provided valuable information. Based on this analysis, the decision was made to look for a new office.

Our design team created a beautiful design for their new office, which was finally realised by our project management team.
