The building, located on a street in the Historic Center of Vila do Conde (Porto), is located on a plot of approximately 120m2, which, due to its privileged location, enjoys stunning views over the river, city and sea of ​​Vila do Conde.

It is a building of current traditional construction, which was in a poor state of general conservation. The rigorous architectural survey and constructive diagnosis were fundamental for the decision-making of the operations to be carried out, allowing the intervention to be, as far as possible, surgical and judicious, with the aim of safeguarding the existing elements that could be conserved, and value the investment by transforming it into 5 different apartments.

In this apartment, completely finished in solid wood, it was possible to innovate, adding a 13m2 terrace, correcting anomalies and poor interventions carried out over time.
