In a typical industrial area, a warehouse with office space was to be constructed on the rear portion of a property. The tower-like structure is clearly visible from the street and, together with the existing buildings, defines a small green space. This inward urban orientation responds to the planned large-scale factory development in the immediate vicinity. The warehouse, built into the hillside, is constructed of waterproof concrete. At the end of October 2025, the historic but dilapidated Liljeholmsbadet was towed away permanently. It is to be renovated and subsequently relocated across the water to Marievik. Together with the Traffic Office and landscape architects, DinellJohansson has investigated the potential of the site to accommodate a new floating municipal sauna where Liljeholmsbadet was previously located. Located deep within the dense urban structure of the Jordaan, a former studio has been transformed into a dwelling that deliberately withdraws from the city. Invisible from the street, the house opens entirely toward two enclosed inner gardens. A concealed place, quiet and green, embedded in the heart of Amsterdam. The design originates from a careful reading of the site and its daily use. Creation of an apartment in the rural section of a farmhouse in Praz-Pury The project involves the creation of an apartment in the partially disused rural part of a 1930s farmhouse. Fribourg farmhouses of that era housed both living quarters and farm functions under one roof. Walking through the historic center of Chihuahua means living with the intense sun of the desert. At the intersection of Avenida Independencia and Calle Victoria, Plaza de Armas is one of the city's most active pedestrian spaces, where thousands of  people cross every day. The former vehicular crossing, now reclaimed for pedestrians, revealed a simple but essential need: a  place to stop beneath the shade.
