Located at 900 de Maisonneuve Boulevard West, Maison Manuvie is a glass-walled 27 storey Class AAA office building with LEEDⓇ CS Gold certification. Establishing a harmonious dialogue with neighbouring buildings, it is a perfect example of urban integration.
The tower and its base, elegant and airy, subtly reflect the environment. The two separate volumes help the tower appears less massive, while also accentuating its brand image and enhancing the tenants’ views. The understated company logo on the crown of the building reveals a prestigious new presence in the Montreal skyline.
To create an ultra-efficient building envelope, extensive research was conducted to determine the precise amount of reflectance and natural light transmission of the glass and to select the colour silver, which is lighter and more luminous than the colours of the surrounding buildings.
