Facing the Tunco Wave. Among abundant Plumerias. A privileged view and location.
The project is situated at the edge ,between the ocean and the pedestrian streets of the coastal area. The land rises as it approaches the shore and offers a natural viewpoint.
Four residences were designed, taking into account the sea, the sun, the view, and the land. The units become slender towers, reducing their footprint and creating space between them, allowing for a permeability within the project that filters the ocean views and creates ventilation channels.
The architecture expresses its vertical circulation as soon as your arrive, indicating access to the bedrooms, which frame their views through the nearby trees. The terrace on the top level, among the flowering canopies, culminates with a full expression of the view of the coastal horizon.
The visible Water pipes are expressed in the architecture, and the careful fragmentation of the white walls becomes a space for the projection of shadows from the adjacent trees. The materials reflect the language of the vernacular architecture of the area: traditional ceramic floors, breeze blocks, and concrete built in-furniture. They capture a feeling of the simplicity and sincerity of the place.
