House MD was designed for a young family, where the main focus was to get a comfortable and pleasant space, with the possibility of being a professional workspace. The house was designed on the left side of the property to avoid the broken lines in the house. and at the right of the property there is the space office. Although they are two different typology in a single project, we sought to integrate into one. So the south elevation describes the simple and subtle play between the parts. but also contribute to the interior bioclimatic qualities, preventing direct entry of sunlight to the offices on the second level and helped with the friendliness and companionship of a small tree. House MD is designed to meet the expectations and needs of the customer, and to be a comfortable and friendly space without aggressive methods with the environment, and provide plastic qualities to the architecture.
