Bogotá’s Ministries project proposes Government new headquarters in the historic center of the city. A historical center, which unlike the centers of different capitals, is a dessert place, forgotten and dominated by insecurity. This project represents the opportunity to bring life back to the place. Manzana 6 as part of the Master Plan, proposes the reconstruction of the urban fabric with a platform that connects with the colonial city enriching the proposed urban life, and a 40 story offices’ tower which arise in the cityscape.
