The design revolves around the idea of minimalism and focuses on creating a calming effect where one can unwind and relax. 

The shell was a pair of single unit apartments, which are combined effortlessly and merged into a 3-bedroom Condominium. Designed for a young family, giving each person the space, they need to work, play and grow. The palette is monochromatic & colour is used as accents, complimented with wooden hues & lots of natural light flowing in. 

Family-friendly features throughout the space include, see-through walls that allow to maximise visual depth & overlook kids play area, cosy reading alcoves with lounge seating & a private retreat patio decorated with lush greenery, creating a soothing and inviting space that has a timeless aesthetic
