The design of these speculative suites responds to seismic shifts in the workplace, moving away from the rigid corporate model to a more human-centric design philosophy. We believe that easy-to-use spaces designed for humanity foster happiness, which in turn drives productivity and functionality. This guiding principle informs every aspect of the suites, from the flow of the space to the choice of materials.

While respecting the architecture of the base building, we aligned the interior experience with a contemporary sensibility. On one floor we designed a dedicated, cohesive space for a single tenant, fostering unity and identity within their workspace. On another floor, we created four distinct suites, each with its own unique character to cater to a diverse range of smaller tenants, offering flexibility while maintaining cohesion within the larger design framework.

Our ongoing research in sensory design plays a critical role in shaping environments that cater to diverse needs, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all. WELL and sustainability principles are embedded in the design outcome, understanding the growing importance of health, wellness, and environmental responsibility. These considerations are not an afterthought, but are fundamental to the way we work and create spaces.

While flexibility has been a buzzword in design, we believe the future lies in resilience. Our spaces are designed to adapt to change, not just by being flexible but by being resilient — prepared to evolve and thrive through disruption. This forward-thinking approach ensures that the suites will serve tenants well, regardless of the challenges they face.
