SH MURGLE II consists of 4 functional units (level B+GF+2+T), connected by the basement floor, mostly parking areas. Access to the building is on the W side, there are also outdoor parking lots. On the E side there is an internal park for tenants. There are 98 apartments of different sizes, on the ground floor of the S part there is a wellness center with a swimming pool, saunas, fitness room and a small outpatient clinic.All apartmets have loggias or enclosed atriums or larger terraces and are adapted to accommodate physically disabled people.
