The new headquarters of NAIN Company is a space that combines a women’s clothing showroom and office, expertly balancing privacy and openness in the urban environment while embodying the brand’s neutral aesthetic. Taking into account the surrounding constraints of narrow streets and multi-family housing, the building features terraces and landscaping on each floor, harmoniously integrated into the design.

The first floor is distinguished by a facade that efficiently separates the showroom and office circulation with three doors. The solidness of the wide wooden doors and the transparency of the fabric-and-glass joints coexist, while the wooden cylindrical columns between the doors serve as a visual focal point. The interior is harmonized with neutral-toned paints and ash wood, while the floor is covered with irregular patterned tiles to create a natural atmosphere.

The round glass showroom and external terrace offer a sense of openness, while also symbolically representing the brand identity. In the center of the showroom, a large wooden table and hangers are placed for client meetings, adding a display effect.

On the second floor, the office features a wooden storage unit with a perforated design that functions as a gate, ensuring both separation and openness between departments. 

The third-floor lounge exudes a casual atmosphere with exposed ceilings and polished concrete floors, while colorful furniture is placed against a neutral backdground to add energy to the space. The private meeting room features a void design that maximizes the connection between spaces.

The CEO’s office on the fourth floor creates a feminine and refined atmosphere with carefully arranged objects, mirrors, and lighting, while the design connects to the terrace, offering a harmonious balance between relaxation and work. The overall space was meticulously designed, from the materials to the details, creating not just a workspace but a place that reflects the brand’s philosophy and values.
