Embracing the Horizon: New Residential Interior Design Project, Comprehensive Renovation with Panoramic Views

In Out Studio proudly presents its latest private residential project, a meticulous renovation process encompassing the entirety of an apartment. Spanning 140m², this property boasts a splendid design featuring a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, office, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, all benefiting from the generous influx of natural light through its large windows.

The central concept of this design lies in the harmonious fusion of luxury and comfort, aiming to offer a residential experience that blends opulence and privacy in equal measure. Through a careful selection of tranquil beige tones, thoughtful natural lighting, elegant curtains, and the incorporation of organic textures, a serene atmosphere has been created, inviting well-being and the enjoyment of a sophisticated lifestyle.

Open Space Renovation: Unifying Kitchen, Dining, and Living Areas

The open space renovation is distinguished by integrating the kitchen, dining room, and living room into a single area. This design allows the three environments to coexist harmoniously, creating a setting where functionality and social interaction intertwine.

The kitchen, featuring warm tones and natural materials, presents a striking central island made of marble and wood. This versatile structure, designed at two levels, serves both as a culinary preparation space and as a dining table, thus enriching the space's functionality. From the kitchen, one can access the dining room and the living room on either side. In this apartment, our clients prioritized maximizing space. To this end, a delicate and elegant bookshelf, designed by our studio, has been installed. This element, with its two-tone design, visually divides the areas, creating an intimate corner without compromising the sense of spaciousness.

To complement the dining room, we have created a new lamp from the Le Sud collection. Its organic design and neutral tones enhance the use of eco-friendly materials, evoking natural beauty in its purest form. This unique, handcrafted piece was personalized for this space. The living room of this apartment is configured as a bright and open space, characterized by the presence of natural materials and organic forms that enhance comfort and emanate a sense of home. From here, we move towards the more intimate area of the residence, where the bedrooms, bathrooms, and office are located.

Stimulating Creativity through Biophilia

To enhance creativity and productivity in the home office environment, we have integrated the concept of biophilia into this project. With the increasing importance of home offices in contemporary life, we opted to use pastel green tones and wallpaper with botanical motifs. This choice aims to stimulate concentration and focus while promoting a sense of connection with nature.

Biophilia is a recurring element in our designs, and in this particular space, it is manifested through the use of natural materials such as wood, the presence of plant elements, and the maximization of natural light. This integration with nature not only improves the interior environment but also contributes to the well-being and creativity of those using this space for work.

Private Spaces for Intimacy

Within the apartment, two bathrooms have been designed, one of which is integrated into the master bedroom. This independent bathroom has been conceived as a personal sanctuary for our client, reflecting her style and personality. With a feminine and characterful aesthetic, natural materials and botanical wallpaper have been used to create an atmosphere of serenity and connection with nature. This intimate space provides an exclusive refuge for our client, where she can enjoy moments of tranquility and self-care.

At the opposite end, we enter the guest room, which during the day transforms into a cozy living area for relaxation. This versatile room is distinguished by its large terrace window, allowing abundant natural light to enter, giving the space a distinctive and luminous character.

The Bedroom, Our Privileged Space

At the pinnacle of the residence is the heart of the home: the master bedroom, complete with a spacious window and an incorporated bathroom. The room's layout allows natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and serene atmosphere. The earthy color palette used in the design evokes a connection with nature, harmonizing with the surrounding environment. Additionally, custom-made furniture created by our studio adds a personalized and functional touch to the space. A special place has been reserved next to the window for the pet, providing a cozy corner where it can enjoy the daylight and feel like an integral part of the home.

Thanks to our expertise in luxury residential design, we have succeeded in rejuvenating this residence, providing a living experience that maximizes joy and satisfaction.
