The property needed to establish its headquarters with administrative offices, executive and front office for relations with the public. Therefore, the project is aimed at restructuring with its change of use of premises, from crafts to directional. Overall, the project is identifiable in the two related functions to be performed by the new location of the property. One, dedicated to relations with the public, is localized to the annex land roof along Avenue of the Republic, the other occupied by the administrative offices, is distributed within the main fund along Via Manzoni. The annex adjacent to the main building was renovated by the consolidation of the walls and roof. Inside they found a space waiting room (20 square meters), a front-desk office for relations with the public (about 6 square meters) and a technical office (15 square meters). The south facade, facing the Avenue of the Republic, is characterized by the installation of a structure in panels of sheet metal cut out respectively on the two new openings created to allow direct access to the public and to illuminate the inner office. Again in order to allow a wide interior lighting was also made a large opening on the north side (the inside court).
