The Project consists of five floors and a parking in the basement, with a total of 7 apartments in there, divided in 4 flats and 3 duplex with views to the main avenue. The entrance to the building is through the reception area, where the waiting room, principal ladders, elevators, and the basement access. On the façade a metal structure frame the balconies of the second and third floor, this structure are in a marble volume in this two floors too. - - - - - - - El proyecto está conformado por cinco pisos más azotea y un sótano para estacionamientos, con un total de 7 departamentos en el edificio, divididos en 4 flats y 3 dúplex con vista a la avenida. El ingreso al edificio es a través del área de recepción, donde se ubican la sala de espera, la escalera, los ascensores y los accesos desde el sótano. En la fachada, una estructura metálica enmarca los balcones del segundo y tercer piso, estructura que a su vez se proyecta a partir de un volumen de mármol que integra ambos pisos.
