The client also desired to have the home be well lit, ventilated, environmental-friendly, and the Principal Architect Ar. Ruchir Sheth & his team Harsh Gajjar gave them just that.

Great grand entrance
Staying put with Indian culture, Nilamber Grandeur's entrance has Lord Krishna's idol that awestruck the guests at a glance! Fueled by the belief that elegance lies beyond the interior, this home had been designed on functionality too. The firm has designed this home with ingenious spatial configurations, an energetic colour palette, and choice materials and finishes that do not sacrifice function for beauty. A beautiful combination of nature's colours like blue and brown is perfectly blended in the lounge area where a sight of retro days can be seen in the telephone and the contemporary jali side-table. The beauty tree artefact on the wall aesthetically elevates the drama of the room!

The Drama of pastels!
Moving ahead in the house there's a common room where a modern sitting arrangement of leather couches, recliner chair dining table has been placed. The pastel colours keep the room poised and elegant!

Beautiful creation of an illusion of spaciousness
A customized mirror-top is mounted above the dining table with a golden metallic hanging. The white leather dining chairs with marble top table adds a luxurious dimension and is undoubtedly the spotlight of the zone. The handwashing area radiates due to the backdrop lighting in the mirror and pendant hangings beside surpasses the conventional lighting on the basin. The 16 piece chessman mounted on the wall gloriously elevates the charm of the space! The pastel cabinets govern the kitchen, while faux marble sets the hue with a sophisticated style.

Accentuating Scandinavian vibes
The guest room boasts stunning Scandinavian vibes! The MDF walled backdrop of the bed has a mindfully carved design that accents the charm of the room. The furniture and furnishings of this room excellently blend with one another!

A Symphony of blessings!
Moving past the passage area, to the right side is a dedicated Puja room where beautiful marble idols of RadhaKrishna, Ganpatiji and Jalaram Bapa reside. From carvings on the wooden doors to metal wall art in the backdrop of the idols, the room exudes tranquillity.

Grab a tub of popcorn
Constructed in two levels, here's an exclusive acoustic materialized mini theatre in the home! In the room, blue and ebony chairs are soothing to the eyes, and nude tufted wall panels envelop the space in a relaxing ambience. The wall arts have been decorated with human figured figures, a metal art ceiling oozes soft light, and an abstract rug is positioned on the wooden floor to create an intense theatrical drama in the room.

The Bedroom espousing elegance
Marble is the go-to choice for the flooring in this master bedroom. The accent lights beside the bed and natural lights oozing out of the windows finely illuminate the room. The entire room is neutral-toned with a wooden backdrop behind the bed and over the ceiling, making it extravagantly stylish.

Play of pastels
A wooden backdrop adds a subtle yet striking texture to this artwork-filled bedroom. The pastel pink bed provides an alluring warmth against the accent MDF walls, while modern accent lights make the zone lavish. The master bedroom not only exudes elegance but creates a luxurious ambience due to the mindful play of pastels, wall art and furnishings. There is a television counter for relaxing times and an office desk beside it strategically placed in the space, so one is able to jump right off the bed and join the meetings!

It is through colours one can visually influence human moods, as is evident in this curated house. The neutral tones such as muted greys, taupe and beige create a subtle atmosphere perfect for relaxing throughout the house while exuding the dynamism of an invigorated brightness to the room. Furthermore, the luxury seems to ooze from the home's meticulous selection of bathroom fittings from Roca and Hansgrohe, tiles from Nexion, glasses and mirrors from Saint Gobain, furnishings from D-Décor, colour from Royal Asian Paints, Italian marbles from Jain marbles and beautiful lights from Litomatic.
