The project appears as an innovative and valuing offer of temporary accommodation in this area of the city – tourism as Serviced Apartments.
In the design of the building, there was a concern with the incorporation of natural elements, positioning itself as a Biophilic Architecture building - an innovative concept in Portugal that contributes positively to physical and psychological well-being, increasing the feeling of relaxation, productivity and comfort emotional, through concern for valuing natural and visual ventilation and lighting and the adoption of natural, durable and sustainable materials.

At the level of the apartments, there was a concern with creating comfortable, serene and harmonious spaces – like a cocoon that protects its inhabitant from the outside.

In terms of common areas, a multipurpose space was designed, which will function as a space for small temporary exhibitions and spaces for events and workshops and small courses – through partnerships (with industry, designers, business associations, emerging artists, etc.) in order to enhance the space and privilege the tourist experience and the cross experience of products and experiences, praising the strategic sectors of the various national regions (wine, industry and heritage) using interactive, technological and sensorial means of communication.
