The Oasis Mansions is an exclusive luxury villa development by Emaar, UAE’s premier residential developer. Following the success of a previous project, we were entrusted with crafting two distinct design concepts that embody an international architectural style while maintaining exclusivity and elegance.

Situated within a landscape that offers direct access to private waterways, wellness centres, lush gardens, and spa facilities, this development is gracefully integrated among lagoons, water canals, and verdant green spaces. The project comprises 82 villas, each about 25,000 square feet. We conceived two unique façade concepts using a consistent floor plan, optimising construction efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Concept One features a sleek first-floor volume encased within a 'sleeve,' creating an elongated and striking elevation. Meticulous detailing ensures thin, delicate edges, giving this expansive villa a surprisingly light and refined appearance. Concept Two strategically deconstructs the sleeve into three elements, creating deep balconies for enhanced privacy and shading through tapered façades at the street and rear. Both versions are available in various material combinations, adding to the diversity of the streetscape.

The rear of the villas opens to expansive gardens with a blend of hard and soft landscaping. Multiple areas for dining, relaxation, and enjoyment of the 20-meter infinity pool are tailored for different weather conditions and times of day, offering versatile outdoor living experiences.

Each concept strikes a balance between modern luxury and subtle nods to natural elements. This project epitomises high-end architectural ambition, combining bespoke design with functional elegance, marking one of Emaar’s most ambitious residential endeavours to date.
