The project foresees a building with 12 rental units. The building is strategically well located: on the limit of the ancient reserved centre, it is in the axis of the southern entrance to the city and lines a stream – the Warchenne. The volume, covered with natural slates, is projected on the intersection and its fronts are outlined depending on the different statutes of the neighbouring streets.
