HTA is an independent and respected consulting company, whose main professional activity is improving healthcare by introducing modern methodologies. In addition to its innovative solutions, the company also publishes many books and guides, as well as creates educational programs. Meeting with the HTA team, their positive energy inspired us and completely aligned with our philosophy. The new office of HTA has been designed with attention to detail and space optimization. Although its size is not large, we strived to achieve an effective layout that includes different functional zones for work. The spaces are clearly defined, but at the same time connected through glass partitions and decorative elements.
We focused on contrasting colors that bring energy and dynamics to the interior. Creative architectural solutions such as round and arched openings contribute to the feeling of space and a smooth transition between different zones, helping to foster better synergy within the team. Comfortable furniture, such as ergonomic chairs and functional desks, ensures comfort for the employees. In the meeting room, curtains play an important role; they can divide, unite, and separate different spaces, allowing multiple activities to take place simultaneously. The blue armchairs in the room, made of soundproof material, help minimize noise from ongoing conversations. The kitchen and the break area have become the heart of the office, bringing everyone together and creating a sense of coziness and informality.
The kitchen is nestled in a niche, so the break area has also become a place for presentations and meetings with partners – an important aspect of the dynamics of modern work processes. The subtle gradient of colors in the rooms, from orange to white, was our greatest personal challenge. We tried different techniques and tools to achieve the final desired result as envisioned in the project. This office is an excellent example of how a small and limited space can provide a comfortable work environment, without losing the opportunity to have its own style, exude effortless charm, and foster the birth and sharing of ideas.
