The minimalist interior alternates between light and dark as needed for a meda group’s offices, training rooms, and group meeting areas. The configured spaces allow daylight to penetrate the interiors and the sliding glass walls/doors allow rooms to expand and contract according to need.
The design addresses administrative requirements while consciously embodying the idea that the film editor is the lifeblood of filmmaking by placing training areas visibly at the entrance and by creating a spatial narrative through the alternation of monotone and color and contrasts of light.
