The new olive oil press building offers an opportunity to reorganize and reconnect the surrounding facility uses and open spaces with the existing structures through an associated modality and materiality that form the world of agriculture.

The project involves new spaces dedicated to the olive press function that are developed integrating the traditional processes of pressing olives with the contemporary techniques, creating a sense of harmony.

The office space is structured to be a representative image of the company, its sensibility and integrity. In addition to the visible connections, grass surfaces have been designed to perform as a transitional environment between the parking area and the building.
