One Central Park is the landmark first stage of the boldly conceived ‘Central Park’ precinct. One Central Park comprises 623 apartments in two richly planted residential towers rising above a retail centre.
Designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel with PTW Architects, One Central Park’s design is centred on two innovative ‘green’ technologies: heliostats and hydroponics, applied with unprecedented imagination and scale.
In addition, two precinct-wide initiatives – a low-emission central thermal plant and water recycling factory – are holistically embedded in the design of One Central Park, serving people, profit and planet; an exemplar project for urban utility infrastructure.
