Our project aligns naturally in continuity of existing buildings, thereby increasing the impression of urban density, but to break with too much linearity of facades, the volume is remodeled forming an irregular skyline in reference to the history of the place : three volumes, and are distinguished from each other by a set of heights, breakthrough visual and color. "Incident" main breakthrough visual creates a sequence in the city, seeming to show a weakness of the heart block, time of interaction between the activity of the city and the tranquility of the housing. The contribution of light generated by this fault benefits both to the heart of island homes and garden island.
