The site is about 5m wide and 12m deep.

The front of the exterior is a pencil-shaped contour with a narrow and tall proportion and a triangular roof of the owner's request. The arched opening is a device to neatly accommodate the emergency entrance required for a three-story building, and behind it is a balcony that allows light to enter. The two doors, which are distinctive in appearance, are for residential use and atelier, and the finish is a thin cement board with a texture like corten steel. The LDK is located on the 2nd floor and has a stairwell at the top to let in light from the 3rd floor level balcony. There is a large building on the opposite bank of the 4.5m wide road, but the effect of the balcony and the atrium has created an open and bright living room while protecting the privacy of the living room.
