The aim of the design in the high-density building area on Beytepe Boulevard was to provide as many alternatives as possible for the user. The commercial block located on the front of the plot facing the boulevard and residential blocks are isolated from boulevardby the green buffer zone to provide a calm environment for users.

Shaped by two basic mass decisions, the building is designed on a horizontal scale close to earth and green on a human scale, also the tower block aims to have a view of the Ankara skyline.
