Luxury high-rise residential towers and mid-rise condominium buildings populate a KPF master planned urban riverfront development, with individual buildings designed by notable international architects. The centre city site is located along the Moskva River across from the Moscow City development and directly adjacent to the Ukranija Hotel. The project includes four residential buildings comprising 40,000 sqm, with a variety of large living units and specialized penthouse options.

The two mid-rise buildings follow the prescribed eight story building height urban design guideline, and reinforce the main boulevard's edge. The massing respects spatial design guidelines but new diagonal relationships are introduced with the "Diagonal" boulevard towers. Two high-rise towers step down in conformance with the urban design height profiles, and with a maximum of four units per floor, the city view potential is maximized. 

A thoughtful compostion of materials and integral balconies animate the facade, featuring sliding glass panels which enable balcony utilization year round. The towers'  faceted shapes encourage multiple, dramatic views, and a combination of local stone and glass defines the exterior exterior expression through a diverse pattern.
