Up the stoop, a private entry welcomes you into the home. Complete with hidden shoe storage, tucked beneath the stairs, and plenty of room for outerwear, the foyer ushers you up the stairs and into the apartment. Gorgeous light from both northern and southern exposure greets you as you enter, while the expansive open floorplan provides a seamless flow from front to back, room to room.

Through sliding glass doors that open from wall-to-wall, the kitchen leads to the first of the terraces. An Ipe banquette creates a large dining area, while the built-in Blaze professional gas grill makes cooking and dining al fresco a breeze. The self-irrigating Ipe planters are perfect for urban gardening, making it easy to grow herbs and vegetables right off the kitchen. Wired with networked outdoor speakers, this wonderful terrace extends your living space for months out of the year.
