The implantation of the buildings is based on the creation of a large void, the park, which runs diagonally across the lot, being the axis of connectivity for the entire project. The commercial buildings are located between the park and the expressway, on the east/west axis, with facades facing north and south, ensuring natural lighting, lower incidence of heat and favoring distant views. At the end of the land, the Four Seasons hotel and shopping mall were built.

The architectural language is characterized by angular volumes at its crown. These have varying heights and when juxtaposed generate ascending and descending lines in the city skyline, reinforcing the identity of the set.

The project comprises ten buildings: a five-star hotel tower, a new mall, five corporate towers, a commercial tower and two residential towers. The complex proposes a perfect integration between private and public external spaces. An area  is open to the public: a linear park with restaurants, sidewalks, bike paths, reflecting pools, a playground, among other attractions, integrated into a green area of approximately 22.000 m².

Parque da Cidade follows all the precepts of sustainability, even seen in the implementation concept, which affirms its sustainable character, and makes it eligible for the most important certificates in the category, including the still unreleased in Brazil, LEED ND (Neighborhood Development), awarded to developments that bring positive impacts to their surroundings.
