In the centre of Bavel, close to Breda, 16 patio dwellings and a villa are realised around a courtyard. The villa is located on the street and marks the entrance of the courtyard. The patio dwellings are organised in three different types. The dwellings dwellings fit in the existing fabric of the old town by their low building volumes and the used materials; traditional red bricks, painted white bricks and wood.
