This is a peculiar project, located in a shortened area in the middle of a lower-middle class neighborhood in São Paulo. To meet the 12 units required, a wagon block was chosen, with 1-bedroom apartments on the first floor and a 2-bedroom duplex on the upper floor, which rests on the blind gable of the neighboring building, thus creating a garden corridor on the northwest side.
This search for a differentiated architectural proposal found support in the structural masonry system and in prefabricated metal and concrete structures, combining the desired aesthetics with speed of execution.
