Situated on a prominent main road with narrow bounding laneways, the 1392 sqm Pelham site offered accessibility but at the same time proposed the challenge of creating a sense of privacy and retreat from the surrounding active setting.

Another, key challenge faced was with the interior design to ensure appeal and consideration to the future residents. The discerning downsizer market were identified as the dominant and target buyer for this prestigious, well-esteemed area.
