Pendry West Hollywood & Pendry Residences West Hollywood by AECOM Capital and Combined Properties is located in West Hollywood on the famed Sunset Strip at the corner of Olive and Sunset. The project includes a boutique hotel, luxury residences, as well as retail, restaurants, a social club, and a new music venue, the first in the neighborhood in over 20 years. Comprising two towers connected by a lushly landscaped motor court “piazza,” this project is located on a complex urban infill site that extends a full city block and drops over 40 feet in elevation from Sunset Boulevard to Fountain Avenue. Clad in marble, metal, and glass, Pendry West Hollywood and Pendry Residences West Hollywood is a living embodiment of the modern Sunset Strip.

EYRC lavished great attention to Pendry’s Residences, which was completed in 2021 and marries the convenience and service of Pendry’s world class hotel amenities with the privacy of a home in the Hollywood Hills. The Residences feature 40 private luxury residences averaging from 2,900 sf to 6,000 sf each with private elevator access. EYRC treated each of the 40 residences as separate and unique sites, each designed to frame a different view. EYRC took full advantage of the site’s steeply sloping hill by stepping the building height as it moved down, and incorporating a series of pool decks and private rooftop gardens all with incredible city views. Some of the roof decks, as large as 3,000 sf, are equipped with private swimming pools and spas. The world-class interior architecture was designed in collaboration with Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
Unlike a typical condominium which is built around a double-loaded corridor, each home in the Pendry Residences is accessed via two private elevators (one passenger and one service) that takes the owner from the secure parking garage directly into their residence providing the utmost in both security and privacy. Visitors enter through a lobby overlooking views of downtown Los Angeles and travel through the lush podium level gardens to reach a series of elevator lobbies offering secure access to the individual residences.
Shared residential amenities include a private residents’ lobby, rooftop pool, fitness center, garden deck and a boardroom. The residential lounge has a bar, wine tasting room (with private lockers) as well as a variety of dining options (restaurants, in-residence ordering, catering) by famed Michelin-starred chef Wolfgang Puck, who makes his celebrated return to the Sunset Strip. Owners also gain access to social programming and personalized services, courtesy of Pendry West Hollywood. This includes West Hollywood’s newest multipurpose live entertainment venue, a screening room, bowling alley, Spa Pendry, fitness center and a curated art collection. Residents also will have the opportunity to join The Britely, a private social club for art, music and design creatives.
