The project for the new headquarters of Península Participações, a Brazilian private investment company with a long-term value creation approach, was designed by Patricia Martinez Arquitetura, an architecture office based in São Paulo, Brazil. The proposal translates the company’s legacy while presenting its renewed corporate identity without disconnecting from its history.

This is the third headquarters designed for the company by Patricia Martinez Arquitetura, reinforcing a partnership built over the years. The new space reflects a modern, streamlined and youthful vision, aligned with current work dynamics and the transformations of the contemporary corporate environment.

The project’s main highlight is the art gallery that extends from the entrance corridor to the reception area, like a carefully illuminated tunnel. Among the artworks, a ceramic piece that once integrated the façade of the founder’s father’s former confectionery shop symbolizes the beginning of the company’s trajectory, its legacy and its memories. This narrative leads the visitor to another important piece along the path: a tree signed by the artist Jorge Mayet, which rises in the entrance hall as a representation of the family roots and, at the same time, of the company’s new moment, as it prepares to welcome the next generations and continue its history.

The program includes a café for social interaction, a meeting room dedicated to the family, dynamic areas for the staff and individual booths for virtual meetings, organized through delicate and fluid curves that bring lightness and a sense of welcome to the environment.

In harmony with the brand’s visual identity, the burgundy red appears on the ceiling lining and in ceiling details, including structures and lighting fixtures. The base of the project, in turn, relies on slightly yellowish neutral tones, creating a calm, dynamic and elegant atmosphere.

“We developed the company’s first office, with 1,500 m², more austere, with shine and the presence of metal; the second, with 2,000 m², as a family office, more intimate and with a lot of greenery; and now this one, with 500 m². The construction of each project results from joint work with the client, which has matured over time, always respecting its identity and history to create the language of the space,” highlights Patricia Martinez, the architect responsible for the project.
