The mountain hotel “Pensiun Laresch” is located in the middle of the Swiss Natural Parks “Piz Beverin”. Its architecture reflects the rugged mountain scenery of Graubünden. The house is built from natural materials such as stone, wood and clay. The monolithic building has a facade of natural lime which is refined by deep asymmetrical window reveals. Depending on the way light falls on the walls, the window reveals stand out and change the look of the facade. The position of the building has been chosen in order to guarantee beautiful views of the Alps in all rooms. The interior design is clear and minimalistic, the materials are ecologically: The beds are made of pine wood from the region, the floors are made of larch wood, the bathrooms are lined with natural stone. Clay and lime plaster ensure a good indoor climate.
