The Condo at 10 Church Circle is a proposed penthouse addition to an existing iconic mid century building in Annapolis’ historic downtown core. The project’s idyllic location, fronting Church Circle, is the most immediately recognizable source of inspiration... a point of departure for the creation of a penthouse condo with no parallel in Annapolis.

Composed of a simple rectangular bar, the condo attempts to rationalize the irregularity of its existing context, allowing long expanses of glazing along its front facade and a generous rooftop terrace with views to Saint Anne’s church. With design emphasis on the connection between interior and exterior spaces - the project achieves a relaxing inner environment as well as achieving wide vistas of city landmarks.
