On a Bainbridge Island waterfront property that overlooks the Olympic Mountains is a contemporary yet natural home designed by Coates Design for the Perilstein family. Nestled in a wooded area, the home has many overlooks to the sea and mountains beyond. With nearly half of the exterior walls composed of glass, the interior rooms are flooded with natural lighting and offer 360-degree views. A delightful and well-loved retreat for these art collectors and their children, the Perilstein residence is one of the more notable, finely-designed sustainable homes in the Seattle region.
