This cutting-edge condo is Vadodara's chicest new residence ,with jazz and style in equal measure. Situated in Vadodara's posh and upcoming area, this weekend apartment is a warm welcome to the weekend to simply unwind from a busy week with family and friends.

The only brief given by the client was that he wanted a feeling of togetherness and a space that would wear off all his worries.

Upon entering the apartment a few fluted glass panels do not disclose the expanse of the living area. The living area is a free flowing coalition of the lounge , dining and the bar. While the lounge and the dining area have a neutral concrete finish, the bar electrifies the whole space with its blue tones, golden accents, semi circular forms. Although the bar is the attraction of the space, the glory of the glowing onyx in the lounge and the bar is the Koh-i-noor of the space that completely steals the show. The dining area is adorned with a print of artist Jacopo Bassano's The Last Supper which gives a boost to the clients brief of having the feeling of togetherness in the space.

This chic condo nests a total of four bedrooms, two master bedrooms, a children's bedroom and a guest bedroom. The master bedroom placed right behind the bar is a minimal themed space done in dual tones of white and greys with a combination of natural wood which runs throughout the sleeping and the dressing area. The calmness of the room is enhanced by the sagacious placement of bonsai and planters that bring the 'Zen' element in the room.

While one room gives a feeling of calmness, the other gives out an outgoing and lavish character . The language of semicircular arches draws the person in striking a thought of curiosity. Most of the bedroom is neutral but the most eye-catching feature of this space is the sleeping area , where a use of complimenting color combinations and various textures & materials is used.

With the use of a monochromatic pastel color in the children's room, the exuberant nature of the clients reflects in the room. The study modified into a deck is yet another mindful detail added to this condo.
