House near Wroclaw is a proposal of house designed in a modern style, which is a part of the conservation rural landscape. The architecture of the building refers to the traditional forms of architecture, but designed space, detail, construction and materials determine its modern character. The building with a usable area of 200m2 is dedicated for a family of four. The traditional division of zones night and day are the floors of the building. The ground floor is comfortably designed room of kitchen, dining room, living room, office and bathroom, which are integral but clearly separated from each other, and a garage, laundry drying room and technical rooms. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with dressing room, two smaller bedrooms and a large bathroom. The ground floor of the building from the side of the living room, dining room and kitchen opens up to the garden and connects with a large outdoor terrace by a wide glazing. Designed glazed patio from the garden side gives a lot of natural light indoors. While emptiness designed above the living room gives a sense of space inside. Simply in the form of the building is finished in raw fiber-cement board and contrasting matte white brick. Contrast also gives a dark graphite color of windows.
