This 350 m² detached family home combines a prefabricated timber structure with BIM management. A landscaped garden surrounds the house, creating a peaceful terrace and swimming pool area.
A Bespoke Home Designed Around Green Views
The house is arranged over two storeys, clearly separating daytime living spaces from private areas. On the ground floor, the shared living spaces open onto the garden and swimming pool through a generous terrace protected by the projecting façade. The kitchen, living room and dining area are organised around a central fireplace. Upstairs, a home office and two bedrooms lead to the principal suite, which enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Prefabricated Timber Structure
The building is based on a modular lightweight timber frame system designed for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness and rapid construction. The result is a light, high-performance envelope characterised by generous openings that define the façade.
