J50 is a project designed for a four people family by Studio Tenca & Associati – Tecnografica’s partner in Milan, Italy. This project stems from the family’s need of hyper-functional spaces, each of them distinguished from one another but in continuous dialogue. That’s why arches and curtains are always present as separation elements and, at the same time, as contact points among the different rooms.
Even colors have the same function: the powder-blue wall in the living room connects with the powder-pink walls in the dining room, which, in turn, introduces the grey niche in the kitchen.
Green is a main color too, thanks to different plants placed around the house, giving personality, energy, and a “healthy touch” to the whole environment. It’s in this scenario that the wide, tropical leaves of “Fitzcarraldo” wallpaper elegantly complete the kitchen design. This jungle-styled graphic – realized by artist Marco Fontana for Tecnografica’s Art Collections – gives further importance to the natural mood of the project. The selected finish is TNT, one of our technical wallpapers characterized by a structured spatulate effect.
