The owner of this apartment, delivered by the construction company without divisions, wanted the spaces to study and receive friends separated from the dorm.

Without reducing the already scarce floor area, taking advantage of the furniture to segment the environments. On one side of the TV panel and the other on the wardrobes, a large lacquer piece fulfills this function. With a minimalist design, the furniture creates a sense of continuity with the walls, the sofa and the dining chairs, all in gray tones.

The uniformity of the base does not weigh on the visual and leaves the highlight textured due to the details in woody tones and two walls, the bricks in the living room and the headboard in graphite effect. Each made-to-measure piece has meticulous use of space, such as the drawers at the base of the bed and the cabinet in continuity with the barbecue that remains hidden by the furniture.
