The Resort is a new 15,000 sqm destination within the Qingdao High Tech Industrial Development Zone. It is a luxury oasis, providing entertainment, food and beverage, spa and residential accommodation. The alignment of the resort is positioned with the entry bridge to form a distinctive arrival gateway for visitors. The three principal design elements are distinguished by their different treatments: the hotel, swimming pool and spa form the main volume juxtaposed against six stand-alone villas facing the river. The landscaping unites the development creating a peaceful haven insulating guests from the buzzing world outside.
