Wish of the project developer is to develop a residential community with a high quality of urban space and landscape, to provide best living qualities even with a high density, to build up a modern residential compound suitable to its location in a seaside-city, not far away from the city centre and with good traffic conditions. The community character should be open and light, but at the same time respect local needs and traditions.

The plot is located west of the city centre, north of Chang Jiang Road which provides an easy connection to both the city center and to the new development areas which will be built in direction to Beidaihe. A special chance and challenge of the plot is its close connection to Xiao TangHe River in the north and to Yan Shan University in the southeast.

Furthermore, two existing villages, Xing Village and Yang Dao Zhuang Village will be resettled onto the site and totally 2 kindergartens and a primary school had to be integrated.
