The dining room is one of the most used spaces in the house. The spaciousness and generous circulation guarantee functionality on festive days. The furniture and other elements of the environment should encourage you to stay in comfort.
The external garden is integrated by large glazed openings that, when opened, enable other social and spatial interactions. We expanded this coverage area.
The living room and office area did not exist. We built these steel frame environments to accommodate the entire project program. Compositions of colors and materials inspired by a sober and welcoming palette.

In the couple's suite we create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere to recharge your batteries.
What were the owner's requests and expectations for the project and how were they met?
The apartment has large glass areas and a large living space, providing a modern and sophisticated atmosphere.

What is the inspiration and conception of the project?
The renovation project are three main elements in materiality: natural wood veneer panels, cement flooring and Silestone countertops. This combination has been carefully selected to create a contemporary and elegant aesthetic while offering practical benefits and durability.
