R6084 is located in the Villa Lugano neighborhood, within a consolidated residential urban fabric, characterized by its medium density and the coexistence of traditional typologies.
The project occupies a lot between party walls and presents a proposal that is articulated across three upper levels and a free ground floor intended for vehicle access and service space, as well as an accessible terrace as an outdoor expansion.
The project seeks to reinterpret the relationship between interior and exterior using passive elements for visual control, proposing a quiet, integrated, and respectful architecture that aligns with the neighborhood context.
The main facade is proposed as a screen of vertical metal profiles and perforated metal panels, which serve as a visual and solar filter, providing privacy without losing brightness.
This skin becomes an abstract and rhythmic expression towards the street, in dialogue with the urban greenery that changes with the seasons. Inside, the house is characterized by a refined and warm materiality, where light tones, natural light, and a fluid relationship between spaces prevail. The staircase organizes the journey vertically and provides visual continuity.
The social areas (living room, dining room, and kitchen) are located on the same level, with a flexible and open configuration. Large glazed panels connect the interior with expansions, generating cross ventilation and a connection to the outside. The bedrooms are distributed on the upper levels, prioritizing intimacy.
The terrace is conceived as a space for expansion and gathering, with vegetation that reinforces the domestic and peaceful character of the whole.
